Housing Studies
  • Rushmoor, Surrey Heath and Hart Councils: Preparation of a Strategic Housing Market Assessment covering the three local authorities; and support linked to Local Plan Examinations and Appeals
  • City of Westminster: Strategic advice on housing and related issues to help inform the development of the Council’s Housing Strategy and the development of the City Plan
  • Barratt Homes: Provision of advice on Objectively Assessed Need for homes in the Plymouth and West Devon and Mid Devon areas, particularly in regard to the need for affordable homes and consequent need to increase OAN
  • Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire Councils: Preparation of a Housing Strategy to inform local plan policies for the size and type mix of new homes; and actions required to ensure delivery
  • Aylesbury Vale, Wycombe, Chiltern and South Bucks Councils: Housing Delivery Study undertaken to inform trajectory planning, focusing on implementation timetables and build out rates; and actions to be taken to accelerate delivery.
  • Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership: Specialist advisor to Regeneris on housing requirements, delivery capacity and major sites to inform LEP policies to enhance housing delivery
  • Hastings Borough Council: a study of the implications of proposed development in the Bohemia area, and the implications for planned housing provision, undertaken to inform the preparation of an Area Action Plan and a new Local Plan
  • Fareham Housing Needs Study: Provision of advice on the type and size mix of new homes required in Fareham including affordable homes, specialist older persons homes, and other specialist housing requirements.
  • Havant Borough Council: Analysis of the demographic, housing and employment characteristics of the Borough and patterns of change broken down by sub-areas to inform Local Plan preparation

  • Liberty Property Trust UK: Advice to LPT on the phase 3 of development at Kings Hill, the new community in mid Kent, including assessment of the need for employment floorspace
  • Fareham Borough Council: Preparation of an Employment and Sites Study focusing on changing requirements for different types of employment land and appraisal of strategic sites
  • Hallam Land Management: Advice on the mix of employment uses and associated employment for development at Perry Court, Faversham
  • East Hertfordshire District Council: Preparation of an economic strategy for Bishop’s Stortford and provision of advice on bringing forward strategic employment sites
  • Business West and Bristol Property Agents Society: A critical assessment of the weaknesses of the West of England Employment Development Needs Assessment, setting out recommendations to address identified weaknesses
  • East Hertfordshire District Council: Hertford and Ware Employment Land Study, focusing on the scale of on-going need for employment land, undertake as part of the preparation of a new Local Plan
  • Taylor Wimpey and Bovis Homes: Assessment on the overall level of employment land provision and type of employment space required at Cambourne in South Cambridgeshire
  • Fareham Borough Council: Preparation of an employment strategy for Welborne, the new community being planned to the north of Fareham, including advice on employment land provision
  • Winchester City Council: Consultancy assignment involving identifying and working with local entrepreneurs to develop innovative workspace solutions for small business

  • Kent County Council: Support to KCC in preparing its successful Regional Growth Fund 3 bid for a scheme to provide finance to high growth businesses in West Kent and East Sussex
  • SELEP Coastal Communities Group: Development of proposals for investment through the SELEP SEP to address dysfunctional private rented sector markets in the area’s coastal communities.
  • Enterprise M3 LEP: Appraisal of a Growing Places Fund bid for gap funding for the Brightwells town centre development proposals for Farnham
